There are a couple different options regarding cost, either a straight hourly cost or sign up for a Performance Support Agreement.

Performance Support Agreement

Performance Support Cost Scale 

NOTE:  You can sign up for any number of hours per month (10, 20, 30, etc) but we use 40 as an example below. 

Client may utilize Contractor up to 40 hours per month.  Any hours utilized over the initial 40 hours will be billed at the commitment term level hourly rate plus 10%.   The agreed upon monthly cost shall be calculated based on the following sliding scale and can be further discounted as defined by the “Premier Account Discount” in the next section.  The intent of this sliding scale is to pass discounted costs to Client for longer commitment terms. 

NOTE:  The initial TERM_COST shown below is negotiable and the scale is for illustration only.

Client is free to request additional slots of monthly hours in 40 hour increments and the same sliding scale above would apply. 

Performance Support Warranty and Guarantee 

This service is backed by a warranty such that any work performed that later degrades in performance to prior levels as measured by metrics such as Elapsed Times or CPU utilization, will be fixed at no cost to the Client.  A monthly report detailing performance trends of work performed will demonstrate ongoing value to the client.  Also, all work is guaranteed to the extent that if at least a 50% reduction in performance levels as measured by metrics such as Elapsed Times and CPU utilization is not met, then no hours will be deducted from the contracted amount for that performance effort. 

Premier Account Discount
 


A Premier Account Discount would be an incentive for the Client as a method of further discounting the costs for the Performance Support service from Contractor.  As with any growing business, referrals from satisfied clients can significantly reduce the sales cycle with other clients and are to be considered valuable.  As such, any referrals from Client not already being pursued by Contractor that result in subsequent business for Contractor, will be acknowledged in the form of further discounts to referring Client for Performance Support monthly costs.  This should be an incentive for Contractor and Client to partner in the success of their relationship and services provided.

Contractor would propose an additional 5% discount to be engaged for referring Client on any already discounted commitment term level, for every referred Client that results in subsequent business, for up to 5 clients (a potential 25% additional discount).  This discount would remain engaged for referring Client for the duration of contract with referred Client.  This discount would also apply to any internal referrals within a Client to other divisions, departments, subsidiaries, etc.

We hope you find the above cost structure very affordable and the returns will be immense in terms of cost avoidance related to hardware upgrades, software license fee's based on CPU, and database license fee's based on CPU.
